What the patterns reveal
Over a season, My Edge groups your athlete's check-ins into a named pattern, like The Builder. It describes a moment, not a person. It shifts as they shift, and the app says so plainly while a pattern is still forming. It is not a score, not a diagnosis, and not a label your athlete carries.
The pattern also decides what the app asks of your athlete. Some challenges stay locked in some patterns. When the signals point toward depletion rather than growth, My Edge holds those challenges back rather than asking for more. It is built to ease off when your athlete needs it to.
AI Boundaries
What the AI coach does and what it doesn't
The AI coach asks reflective questions and surfaces patterns. It never diagnoses, never tells your athlete what to do, and never replaces a counselor, therapist, or coach. Your athlete’s data is not used to train outside AI models.

My Edge tracks patterns in how your athlete responds to challenge, pressure, and recovery over a season. It is built to support self-awareness and development. It does not diagnose and it does not report to coaches behind your athlete’s back.
Who Sees What?
What Your Athlete Shares
Athletes answer short daily check-ins about how they are doing, their energy, and their readiness. Coaches see aggregate, program-level trends. They do not see individual diary entries. The platform is designed to protect your athlete’s trust and agency.
